High Season: Due to high season demand, we ask that guests booking between August 1 and October 31 do so for a minimum of two consecutive nights.

*Please note that the State of Vermont charges a 9% room tax, and the Town of Shelburne charges a 1% local option tax. These are not included in our quoted rates, and will be collected at checkout.
