Seasonal Rates and Offers
Our rates vary by season, room type, and availability. The most accurate information about current rates (based on dynamic pricing), minimum-stay requirements is always available in real time in our online booking system.
Peak Season
Late Spring and Fall Foliage season (roughly mid-May through mid-October) represent our highest-demand period. Fall foliage peaks in the Champlain Valley around mid-late September to early October — each year is a bit different — and rooms book well in advance. Early booking is strongly recommended.
Shoulder Season Value
Late fall, winter and early Spring often offer better availability and more pricing flexibility. Our area is quiet and slow-paced from late October till early May. Late fall after foliage brings a peaceful pace that suits the adults-only character of the inn well. Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas tend to be busy, along with New Year’s and Valentine’s Day.
Rates are per room, per night, and include one full custom breakfast per guest per morning and one on-site parking space per room. Rates do not include applicable taxes and fees.
